CTR Construction is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a respected contractor based in North London, working on high-end residential and commercial new build and refurbishment projects across London.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some site or project experience who’s ready to take the next step — gaining exposure to high-value projects and support from a professional, well-established team.
About the role:
You’ll support the PQS team on live projects and begin taking responsibility for smaller schemes independently. Projects range from £1m to £6m, covering both high-end residential and commercial builds. Experience with procurement or buying would be a bonus, as the company handles this in-house.

Requirements:

Some previous experience in construction or surveying on high-end projects

Confident enough to run smaller projects with support

Ideally BSc qualified (or working towards)

Exposure to procurement or buying advantageous
