Salary: £40,000 to £45,000
The Role
Our client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Commercial division, managing and supporting Public Sector work up to £10 million in value. The role will involve visits to sites for pricing, and projects will be located across Kent & London.
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports
– Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements
– Maintaining and building relationships with clients
– Produce monthly variations
About You
Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in Kent with good transport links. Ideally you will have 4+ years post qualification experience across the Public sector. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
