Salary: £35,000 to £45,000
The Role
Our client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their ever growing Commercial division, managing and supporting projects up to £10 million in value.
They have anywhere up to 10 schemes running at any one time.
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports
– Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements
– Maintaining and building relationships with clients
– Produce monthly variations
About You
Due to the location of the role and occasional site visits, you must have access to your own transport. Ideally you will have 3 to 5 years post qualification experience, any Hotel / Fit-Out experience would be beneficial but not essential. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
