CTR Construction are looking for an Assistant Estimator for a Contractor based in Wickford, Essex.

Rate: £25,000 to £35,000
The Role
Our client is looking for an Assistant Estimator to join their ever growing Commercial division, managing and supporting quick turnaround roadside projects (Coffee Stores, EV Charging Points, Petrol Stations etc) . Each project tends to be no more than 6 weeks.
They have anywhere between 5 to 10 schemes running at any one time.
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports
– Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements
– Maintaining and building relationships with clients
– Produce monthly variations
About You
Due to the location of the role, you must have access to your own transport. Ideally you will have a BSc or HNC in Quantity Surveying or 1+ years experience. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Buying, Surveying or Estimating and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
