Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
The Role
Our client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist flooring company. You will be office based working alongside the Contracts Manager with occasional site visits.
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports
– Documentation and Record-Keeping
– Maintaining and building relationships with clients
– Produce monthly variations
About You
You MUST have experience in take offs and reading drawings
Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in West London. Ideally you will have 2+ years post qualification experience. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
