CTR Construction is recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist façade contractor based in North Kent, delivering projects across London.
This is a strong opportunity to join a growing façade specialist working on both residential and commercial schemes, with varied packages and solid project values.
About the role:
You’ll be commercially managing façade packages ranging from £500k to £5m, covering systems such as cladding, brick slips, light steel framing (LSF), external wall insulation (EWI), windows, and curtain walling.
The role will be office-based in Welling, with regular travel to London sites as required.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ façade experience (essential)

- Ideally BSc qualified, though not essential
- Organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced London market
