CTR Construction is recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a growing contractor delivering a mix of enabling works, residential new builds, and modular housing projects across London and the South East.
This is a great opportunity for a junior QS to gain exposure to varied project types and take responsibility for smaller schemes within a busy and supportive team.
About the role:
You’ll support the commercial function across around 10 live projects, assisting with cost control, measurements, and estimating support. Projects include enabling works for major retailers, residential new builds, and modular housing developments.
You’ll be office-based in East London, with one day per week on site, so a driving licence is essential.

Some experience in a QS or commercial role preferred
