CTR Construction is recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a commercial contractor specialising in shop fit-out and extension works to petrol stations. This is a key hire for the business, as you’ll be coming in as the sole dedicated Estimator, taking ownership of the estimating function.
About the role:
You’ll be responsible for preparing tenders and cost plans for commercial projects ranging from £15m to £20m in value. Currently, the surveying team handles all estimating, so this role is pivotal in streamlining and strengthening the commercial process.

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Software: Bluebeam (take-offs) & Excel
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator (commercial fit-out / refurb preferred)

Confident producing take-offs and full tender submissions

Comfortable working as a sole Estimator

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Mid-level experience ideal
