CTR Construction is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a respected main contractor based in Mid Kent, delivering high-quality residential new build projects across Kent and the South East.
This is a great opportunity to join a stable, well-structured team ahead of a busy 2026 project schedule.
About the role:
You’ll be managing either one large 100-unit new build site or several smaller developments (2–3 sites of around 30 units each), taking full commercial responsibility from procurement through to final account.

Requirements:

Ideally 5+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role

Main contracting background essential

Experience in residential new build projects

Ideally BSc qualified (or equivalent experience)
