CTR Construction is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a busy drylining contractor delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across London and Essex.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of multiple live projects within a growing, well-established subcontractor known for its quality and reliability.
About the role:
You’ll manage the commercial aspects of several drylining projects (typically around £700k in value), taking responsibility from procurement through to final accounts. The company currently has 8 live projects, and you’ll handle around 3–4 at any one time.

Requirements:

Proven drylining-specific Quantity Surveying experience

Ideally BSc qualified (or equivalent experience)

Able to independently manage multiple live projects
