Job Title: Senior Site Manager
Salary: £60,000 to £75,000
The Role
Our client is looking for an experience Senior Site Manager to manage and support bespoke residential Projects up to £10m in value. It’s a real diverse role with no two projects being the same.
As Senior Site Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing technical support and advice when required
- Running the day to day duties on site
- Supervising the sub-contractors on site and managing all H&S measures
- Daily, weekly and monthly preparation of reports

About You
You will need a valid SMSTS, Black/White CSCS and First Aid. Any other relevant qualifications would be beneficial.
Experience managing high end bespoke single house builds. They are specifically looking for a candidate with 4+ years experience and a trade background. This is a long term position so they are not wanting a job hopper, this position will be able to offer stability and ongoing work across London.
They are looking for someone who is capable of successfully running a team of operatives, someone who can conduct themselves professionally in the working environment and also a team player.
