We are currently recruiting for a Static Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance at a site in Knightsbridge.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Key duties & Responsibilities:
- Servicing
- Reactive
- PPM’s
- General maintenance
Hours of Work & Package Information:
- Basic Salary £36,000
- Travel Card
- Overtime available
- Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
- 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Tablet & Work Phone Provided
- Full company uniform
- Pension
Requirements:
- 18th Edition
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
