The Role
Our client is looking for an Estimator to join their Pre-Construction division, working on projects up to £4 million in value. Refurbishment Contractor that specialises in high end residential refurbishment projects, across the South East.
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Compiling bids for work
– Calculating the cost of materials transport, labour and equipment hire
– Collating detailed price lists of everything needed on each construction project
– Clarifying the client’s needs and expectations
– Presenting bids to clients and answering their questions
– Preparing and submitting quotations for work
About You
Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in the Hampshire or surrounding County borders. Ideally you will have 5 to 10 years post qualification experience, mostly working for a Refurbishment Contractor. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Estimating and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
