Salary: £30,000 to £45,000
The Role
Our client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with experience and ability to do estimating duties as well as Quantity surveying duties. They are looking for you to join their commercial team and take on refurbishment packages across all sectors ranging from residential, education and leisure.
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports
– Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements
– Maintaining and building relationships with clients
– Produce monthly variations
About You
You MUST have Estimating experience, anything but this and you will not be reviewed for the position.
Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in Essex. Ideally you will have post qualification experience. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying and estimating and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
