Salary: £35,000 to £45,000
The Role
Our client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial division, managing and supporting Groundwork packages mainly on volume house building sites. You will be office based working alongside the Commercial Director with occasional site visits.
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports
– Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements
– Maintaining and building relationships with clients
– Produce monthly variations
About You
You MUST have experience working for a sub-contractor, the Groundworks and Civils side will be taught to you.
Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in Kent. Ideally you will have 2+ years post qualification experience. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
